Prior to commercial real estate Nick worked in technology sales and commercial banking in the Silicon Valley where he was born and raised. Nick also spent time in the retail industry where he led the expansion and management of all operations of a popular cosmetics business, giving him a keen eye and expert understanding of retail market trends and growth.

Nick holds a BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing soccer, golf, and basketball. He is the president of local amateur soccer club Hanul FC and speaks fluent Korean.
